Founder of Lemar Medical Transcription, Sue brings more than 30 years of business management experience to her clients. Having worked as a senior executive in the highly regulated financial services industry, she is uniquely qualified to partner with healthcare providers to identify important risk management controls as well as opportunities for enhanced service offerings that ensure regulatory compliance while also reducing expenses.
Her familiarity and skill at navigating the rapidly changing legislative environment is apparent, as is her unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and total quality management principles that ensure the highest level of customer service and cost containment. Sue is, however, most proud of the pool of talent she has assembled – the experienced transcriptionists, editors, and quality assurance specialists that ensure timely delivery of quality medical reports to LMT clients – a key driver in the continuity of care continuum.
Sue is a High Honors graduate of the Career Step transcription program. And, having completed “Business Associate” compliance training, she is 2010 HIPAA-Certified.
A Rotarian, Sue is involved in her community and she and her husband enjoy organic gardening on their hobby farm as well as producing organic beef, pork and chicken.
