Stephanie Savoy, Regional Director
As Northeast Regional Director for Lemar Medical Transcription, Stephanie comes to us with nearly 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and service sectors. She has enjoyed much success developing and implementing total quality management programs – programs that improved both operational performance as well as customer service levels.
Her strong project and process management skills are readily apparent to LMT clients, as is her ability to develop a fully-integrated approach to quality and continuous improvement. Stephanie’s workflow mapping skills are also routinely utilized as she is often called upon to perform compliance audits relative to the new Privacy and Security rules, as well as detailed cost and benefit comparisons for our fully-implemented, customized technology and service solutions.
