Janell Armstrong, Owner
Janell Armstrong is an accomplished service professional bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience to Lemar Medical Transcription. With a focus on operations and administration, her career includes leadership and management roles in a variety of service industries including healthcare, retail, and hospitality.
Her progressively responsible, results-driven experience includes supply chain solutions, inventory control and systems integration, budgeting and planning, human resource development, payroll and accounting, quality control, and compliance and risk management. Janell’s strong project and process management skills are readily apparent to LMT’s clients, as is her ability to develop a fully-integrated approach to quality and continuous improvement.
As Owner, Janell oversees both operations and administration and champions LMT’s continuous process improvement initiatives. Her workflow mapping skills are also routinely utilized as she is often called upon to perform compliance audits relative to the new Privacy and Security rules, as well as detailed cost and benefit comparisons for our fully-implemented, customized technology and service solutions. Janell is 2010 HIPAA-Certified.
Janell stays actively involved with various youth programs and organizations in her community including the Boys and Girls Club of America, youth baseball and football, she serves as a member of the local Music Parents Organization, and is involved with her church youth group. Janell and her husband Dave live in Rice Lake, Wisconsin with their son and three daughters.
